A Marine Cruises canal holiday from two great bases

A canal holiday with Marine Cruises is special!

Because our canal holiday routes are special.

Marine Cruises operates from two great canal holiday bases, each ideally suited to explore some of the finest canal holiday routes in the UK! The Llangollen Canal with its famous aqueducts and tunnels is probably the most beautiful canal in Britain, you can explore lots of fascinating canal holiday rings, and our Falkirk base allows you to cross Scotland coast to coast, including a breathtaking journey on the world famous Falkirk Wheel! details

A canal holiday is a special holiday.

It’s a special holiday because it’s a great way to spend quality time with the people who matter to you. Leave all the hassles behind and take some time out, travel slowly, notice the fine details of life and enjoy the company of friends or your family. Unwind while steering the boat, working the locks or just chatting to folk you meet along the way! On a canal holiday there really is something for everyone,  as much enjoyable activity as you choose, always something to see, tunnels, castles, villages, pubs and countryside, even just relaxing with a good book while the world floats by! details
